1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

 

3. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to the U.S., Mexico, or Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply to orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Home Life Pet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If you have not received your order within 12 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you further. Please ensure you check with neighbors and other household members who might have received the package on your behalf.
